The Goal Is Life will not be liable for direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages of any kind whatsoever including any damages for physical, mental, emotional, lost data, lost business, lost profits, injury, claim, liability or damage or failure of security resulting in any way from participation at a TGIL-event or the use of the TGIL-website by a User.
The participation or activities of a User during an event or through our website are at all times the Users own responsibility. You may cancel your registration and receive a full refund of the fee up to 6 weeks prior to the date of the event. Within 6 weeks of commencing the event, you will be charged a € 150 handling fee upon the cancellation of your registration. If the event is made impossible by any act of God, war, earthquake, fire, strike, sickness, accident, an act of government, or any other legitimate cause beyond our control, we will cancel the event and refund your full registration fee.
We take security very seriously and have a high-level encryption key system provided by the leading hosting companies, and therefore all of your personal information is saved securely. In addition, we do not store your credit card information on our server – it is handled securely solely by your credit card processor, your bank or Paypal.com. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
Ticket & Download
If you have bought an event-ticket but are unable to download it, it is likely because you have made a payment through your bank and not with a credit card. In that case, we shall need the appropriate time to check if we have received payment into our account before releasing the download package, which includes your ticket. This process can take up to 48 hours. If you have not received your information after that time? Please contact us at email@example.com, we will make sure the issue is rectified as soon as possible.
